About KaTina

The sleep professional who's lived the exhaustion you're describing.

For over a decade, I've worked inside sleep labs as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), watching brilliant, hard-working people get diagnosed with sleep apnea — and then handed a machine and a pamphlet.

I built my coaching practice because the gap between diagnosis and actually feeling good is where most people get stuck. As a Certified Travel Agent, I also help clients reclaim the part of life apnea steals first: the freedom to go places and feel present.

My approach blends clinical sleep knowledge with practical wellness coaching — so you stop white-knuckling your CPAP and start living again.

What is the investment?+

My signature 1:1 program is $897 for 12 weeks. Travel With Apnea™ is $497 for 6 weeks. Payment plans are available, and Discovery Calls are always free.

How much time will this take each week?+

One 50-minute coaching call plus 15–20 minutes of daily practices. Everything is designed to slot into a real life with work and family.

Is this in person or virtual?+

All coaching is virtual via Zoom, so you can work with me from anywhere in the world. Voxer support is included between calls.

Do you replace my doctor?+

No. I am an RPSGT and wellness coach, not a physician. I work alongside your sleep doctor and help you implement and advocate — I don't diagnose or prescribe.

What's your refund policy?+

If after our first two sessions you don't feel this is the right fit, I'll refund the remaining balance — no questions asked.

Do I need a CPAP to work with you?+

No. I work with clients on CPAP, BiPAP, oral appliances, or exploring alternatives. The coaching meets you where you are.
