About KaTina
For over a decade, I've worked inside sleep labs as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), watching brilliant, hard-working people get diagnosed with sleep apnea — and then handed a machine and a pamphlet.
I built my coaching practice because the gap between diagnosis and actually feeling good is where most people get stuck. As a Certified Travel Agent, I also help clients reclaim the part of life apnea steals first: the freedom to go places and feel present.

All coaching is virtual via Zoom, so you can work with me from anywhere in the world. Voxer support is included between calls.
No. I am an RPSGT and wellness coach, not a physician. I work alongside your sleep doctor and help you implement and advocate — I don't diagnose or prescribe.
If after our first two sessions you don't feel this is the right fit, I'll refund the remaining balance — no questions asked.
No. I work with clients on CPAP, BiPAP, oral appliances, or exploring alternatives. The coaching meets you where you are.
